I see a flaw in that plan, Chelsea loaning and then selling players for more than they are worth. We're DOOMED. :(

Can only do a pre contract with foreign team, not with an English club.

He can't speak to English clubs until his contract expires which is 1st July unless he has te clubs permission.

How's that work? Lukaku couldn't get in the Chelsea team so got sold off but Benteke will compete despite you thinking Lukaku is better than Benteke ???

United apparently agreed a deal for 21m for gaitin from
benfica.

Also barca are close to signing two new rbs, suggesting Montoya is on his way out
