Im on a bit of a lean streak atd moment but fancy one tonight in 8.30 at Ballinrobe.Urano found 3m 6f a little tough in a hot handicapp lto at Punchy and should be more at home 2m7f, ive gone ew at 8s

Leicester 4:30 - Alfajer 11/4. Back down to 7f which I think will suit her better, she was tried over a mile lto and even though she was maybe a bit unlucky in running, she maybe just didn't have much of a finish left in her towards the end. It was a good comeback run for her and everything being well tomorrow I'd fancy her strongly to take it.

James Doyle lost you that at the start Fabio - if you watch he took a completely unnecessary pull and placed him last, at which point he made himself captive to how the race unfolded and when they all bunched in front he never ended up being able to hit full stride until race was over. The horse will do more in work than he did in that race. There was simply no need for Doyle to out think himself as the horse broke perfectly well and could have sat mid div. Aljafar is much better than that.

Should have taken notice of the fact M Botti had not a single winner from last 35 entries. Now ****ing 36 :steam:

Haven't seen the race yet but sounds like Doyle has had a bit of a mare! It's a horse I'd still want to be on next time out.

Agree with you Bluesky, lost at the start. Not the best of rides, hope Middle England is ok.

Think it could be a favs night at Hunts later but the 3 im on are:

6.20 HEADING TO FIRST
6.50 BY THE BOARDWALK
7.20 BUY BACK BOB

I need give a nod to Michael Attwater as I remarked to stick how rubbish a judge he was to recommend another of his syndicates to wade in to Knight Music at Kempton last time out only for it to run like a dog and tail off. Clearly something a miss as the horse has just won the last at Lingfield in very good style from a couple of well backed horses.

Forgiven!

What do you think to us upping Squire in class this coming weekend then?

I would have to look at the race first Stick - without doing so I would say a weaker contest he may be ok but a stronger for it's grade and he may struggle. I feel he is not at the top mark he will reach yet but not a huge amount in hand.

Hanagan has just cost you your nap today in the last at Leicester - finished brilliantly but he had him so far off the pace always never going to quite get there. Hanagan is riding poorly at present and although I am rue to remark such a thing as I am a big fan but so is Hughsie.
