before I go and get my tin hat I would like to say that somewhere inside hoillet is a very good player
I would like him to stay and get a decent chance for us
who knows the championship might prove to be his level

Regardless of whether he has a small, wizened and doubtless carcinogenic good player in him, time to get rid, he is part of a poisoned generation of QPR players.

IF he stayed fit he's occasionally an average Championship winger. On £40k+ per week this waste of space needs shooting before getting another chance. Need an MLS club to take him which might not be aware how **** he's been for the last three years.

he has been at the club along time and hasn't done it for us - maybe a good time for a change

I think we should keep him only reason being you can't sell everyone in the current squad but if you someone would to come in with a offer break their f#ckin hand and take it!

For me, it would depend on two things; his wages and what we could get for him. If his wage demands playing in the Championship are too high, get rid. Similarly if we could get a decent amount for him, get rid. Otherwise, if his wages are reasonable or we can't get much for him, I'd hold onto him. There are a lot more players I'd get rid of before Hoillet. The championship is a long old season so having backup in most positions is a necessity.

If we do get rid of him, it's just as important that we've identified a suitable replacement.

I saw a lump of coal today which struck me as a suitable replacement for Hoilett

Good question but he's had enough chance to prove it so it is a 'no' from me too.
