I think our "Great Escape" achievement has been a bit underplayed by the pundits/media. It was a feat of magnificence. Kicked all the stats (bottom at Christmas etc) right in the face.

It's not even the bottom at Christmas for me, it's the bit the announcer said at the end yesterday, 7 points adrift at the end of March to 6 points above at the end. Sorry but that's not going to be beaten
 
Unfortunately, the rise probably came a little early. If we'd clinched safety in the final game, as other great escapees have, then maybe it would have been more noted. Hull and Newcastle were more of the bigger story yesterday.
