Cheers STH It's great to see Al Kazeem back running so well, people doubted if we'd see the Al Kazeem of 2 years ago, but today is a great start to showing he's still a classy horse.
Great to see a warrior like Al Kazeem come up trumps, gorgeous horse he is too. Just wonder how Fascinating Rock and Free Eagle compare at home as 10f horses.
The bold Al Kazeem, class result. I fear for that division though when they come up against Golden Horn. Giovanni still clueless, head carriage looked really bad, he is still Obriens best Derby chance for me though and considering the lack of depth I certainly wouldnt write him off yet. He looked good today when he made his move but hesitated when he got there and it cost him the race, he had a setback recently as well and can only improve for the run and the step up to 1m4.
Ryan Moore is pi***ng me off today - how may times do we see jockeys win the small races - 3 group races and he's been sh*** - and then mess people's bets up in the 'big' races - yep pocket talk but I'm fuming
Pleascach certainly a filly heading in the right direction. How long before Godolphin make him an offer he can't refuse?
Not a bad run from the runner-up but similar to Giovanni badly needs a step up in trip. Typically tough Bolger horse to pass, not so easy!
Class comment from Bolger when asked about supplementing the mare for the Irish Derby, saying it wasn't so much what he thought of her made him do it, more what little of what he thought of the colts next door! Aidan you just got burned
I'd be suprised if anything can stop the French horse Solow over 10 furlongs. Looked like a seriously good horse once again today
I wonder whether Tim Vaughan might have plotted one up in the shape of Ashkoun in the 435 at Fontwell. 3 runs in maidens beaten miles, ran out last time and now has Richard Johnson up. E/W dabble
Lets see if Evan Williams can do any better with a similar type in Gorman in the 4.45 at Uttoxeter - e/w dabble again at 9s.
