I just want the bloke out the club now.

We're never far from negative media are we? Just one thing after another.

Cancelling the meeting speaks volumes.

Sterling is good - but he still a way off where he thinks he is.

If we are given a bid of £40-50 from City then I would take.

It is sad to see we are now a selling club.

Why is everyone down about Flannagan, a cracking player and part of a good/settled defence last season.

I first watched him in the Goodison derby and was giddy to see him struggle, but boy he proved so many wrong that day

Some people just don't understand football that's why :bandit:

guy it is a very solid defender and very very underrated. Good defender and very comfortable on the ball even when played lb. he's our very on lahm

It used to be that players left only to join real and barca. Now even arsenal is considered a meaningful step up by players. It shows how poor we've become and Rodgers hasn't helped things with his ****ty signings and this crap ass season

Obviously, because they pay more wages than us. And I don't think its up to Rodgers how much £££ we spend on wages.

More likely because they have been in the CL for the last 19 seasons and you have only been there 1 out of the last 7 <ok>

Utter bullshit that sort of crAp. just try acting the right way. Sterlings time has run out

Tick tock

They wouldn't be the first or only agent and footballer to like their expensive timepieces but you don't see the likes of Gerrard and Coutinho for example deliberately flashing their wrists for the camera at every opportunity like these ****ers (although I'm sure they have similar goods in their possession)

I'd take our record over the last 19 seasons in the CL over theirs. Because we've actually won the thing in that time.

But I don't really see the relevance in what you're saying. You really think Alexis Sanchez looked at the offers he had with his agent and said "oh my god, is that Arsenal?? The team who have qualified for the champions league 19 seasons in a row. We should sign right away"

Money, league & location plays a much bigger part than CL football. Why do you think all of the stars went to City before they'd qualified for the CL?

Sorry Lucaaas, obviously I was wrong and the only reason players would pick Arsenal ahead of Liverpool is money. The fact that a player could get the chance to play CL every year does not compare to playing for a team who won it 10 years ago with a different set of players.

I agree with your sarcastically put point, but as I said further up the thread, Sterling has been ****ing abysmal in Europe this season, with the performances away to Basle and Ludogets being the exemplars of one of those wannabe 'popstars' ****ting themselves when they get a chance to do auditions for BGT. If I was Sterling I'd take the opportunity to have a year out of Europe, or at worst case be stuffing minnows from Iceland and Albania in the group stages of the EL till Christmas.

Spot on, I see Diego conveniently swerved this part of your post.<whistle>

Sanchez joined arsenal last summer, just after we'd finished second and ahead of Arsenal. We also reportedly offered Sanchez more money than Arsenal did.
