One point and Sunderland are safe. Arsenal have something to play for so I will go with a 3-1 Arsenal victory with the third goal at the end of the game on a counter attack as Sunderland toss everyone forward to try and get a late draw.

Arsenal trying to catch Man City for 2nd place and tonight I expect a home win.

Chelsea after monday @ Wba will also want to end on a high @ home so it looks bleak for the Mackems getting another point.

So, it all hangs on Hull City winning on sunday. IMO.

I doubt he took her to a barber. The child part depends on if he is being technical or stating that someone less than 18 is not an adult ie a child. He committed what we call here as statutory rape ie she was not an adult and their age difference is great enough that she can not consent but is above the age for child rape charges.

But we aren't where you are. So all the stuff about 18 and statutory rape doesn't apply here.

Jimmy Psge and .John Peel are just a couple of people who have had sex when Evans' age with girls younger than this one. They get let off the hook by the same people who get in a state over the Evans case. It wasn't.her age which was the problem it was the way he acted.

She was 15 and can consent to sexually activity. The fact is that activity is illegal. Which is why he is charged with having sex with somebody under 16 rather than rape.

I am not familiar with English law. Here that is statutory rape she can only consent to a 17 year old he would probably be charged with kidnapping for taking a child to a location that her parents did not consent to and he would be off to prison for probably a few years at the minimum and he would be registering as a sex offender for the rest of his life barring him from leaving near schools, daycare centers etc he would be required to notify the police every time he moved etc faluire to do so would land him in jail for a lengthy sentence.

Here and it depends on the state you live in 16 is the age of consent so long as it is with someone within 2 years of her age. So 16 and 18 is fine, 17 and 19 is fine, 15 and 18 is rape 16 and 19 is rape, 17 and 20 is rape. It's treated very harshly and is considered a sex crime meaning your ability to live were you want or get certain types of jobs is permanentY changed as most of the constitution no longer applies to you.

Yes, but we here and you are there. The law differs. Which is the best way is a matter of debate and won't last long on here. My only observation is that European countries with lower ages of consent seem to have less problems than the USA.
