Call The Cops has just been sold to Aiden Murphy for £220,000 (this appears quite cheap to me). Sign Of A Victory was led unsold out of the sales ring at £145,000. Murphy is a bloodstock agent. Just asked Mr Google about him and it says he works on behalf of several top trainers and Pip Hobbs in particular. There remains the possibility that Sign Of A Victory could be sold via a private sale.
16:30 Nottingham - Mahsooba e/w (Just 6-runners in this heat, but at around 10/1 could be a fair bet to finish in the first two?).
It appears we cannot even get a run today as my Rembrandt has been pulled out at Nottingham and now Gran Maestro has been withdrawn. I have a suspicion that Double Czech may be worth a bet in the 4.10 at Chepstow however as this was the horse that made our forum horse Squire work all the way to the line at Windsor earlier in the season. As we know Squire has proven it was no poor race by going in impressively last week. We also can take heart that in the Windsor race Squire was race fit from the all weather where as Double Czech was having it's first run. At 4-1 I think Squire may be able to help us win a few more pounds this afternoon through his form line. Chepstow 4.10 Double Czech 4-1
Well done fabio, your on a great little run at the mo.todays darts Nottingham 5.00-Where the boys are win 4/1 Dundalk-Been told the owner of isheabayorgrey has a decent wager on it in the 7.10, could be a case of go with the dough?! I took 8s, into 6s now.Think sheeba will also run well in the same race Also think war room is each way value in the 8.40 at 10s N Abbot 8.00-Never learn win 7/2
Shout Fabio Your running hot, Market drifter to boot, Betfair SP 16/1, a few more pints in the barrel for you
Wow, theres the difference with a claimer being value for his claim!!! Tijori should have pissed that and would have with a stronger jocker taking the ride, never mind hey
Cheers lads, was very pleased to get home and see Robin Park had won, romped it by all accounts, but didn't see it myself. Nice little drift too. I try not to push my luck too much when on a good run but have noticed one tonight that I can't overlook. Aussie Berry (9/2) 9:20 Chelmsford, I backed it LTO on debut and seemed to just be getting the hang of things near the end, goes up in trip tonight and think it will definitely suit. There's a couple of more fancied runners with a bit more experience, but I'll take my chances on him improving and the longer trip suiting.
Well done Fabio, TC, 55282, Brough and Bluesky on the winners. Double Czech franking young Squires form too is good. Just got in to see Hendersons 3/10 shot Peggy Do run a stinker at God's Own racecourse. My oh my.
Well done with the winners fellas was given Riponian to back but don't have an online account anymore so didn't put it on and couldn't be arsed nipping out to put on in shop
SQUIRE up 5 to 76, I think that is probably fair. Nothing wrong with any of his formlines. Confident he will win again off that revised mark. All opinions welcome The runner-up btw has stayed at 71......will be on that next time!
Stick hope u dont mind me asking but being part owner of squire does it cost alot of money to keep the horse in training? Would love to go into a syndicate one day!
