Some of these teams in the Championship and league 1 play some pretty nice football. Going to have our work cut out next season.
 
The young lad Adams who came on late for Shef Utd can finish too , he scored twice I believe v Spurs in Carling Cup semi , one to keep an eye on possibly

I will never understand anyone who leaves early in any game, never mind a one-off like this where it is knockout football. I know it's anecdotal and probably bollocks but we all heard about the Liverpool fans leaving at half time in Istanbul. Why - where are you going? Have you suddenly got an earlier flight? Same with last night - how much time on a journey back from Swindon does it save to leave 5 mins early?

I think the only time I ever left early was 2 minutes into injury time, 3-0 down at Barnsley in the last promotion season where even if we'd scored 1 there wasnt time to kick off again.

Exactly, you wouldn't leave a film early because you think you know the ending.

I do get annoyed when like at Sunderland earlier in the season 4-0 down just before half time and people get up and in commentary they start making a huge point about all the fans leaving. 90% of them are going for a piss or a drink. Probably where the stories about Liverpool fans came from, why go all that way and leave early.

But you would leave a film early if it was completely dire, so the analogy doesn't hold up.
