Ah yes, the legendary Steve Black, with whom Joey Barton maintains some kind of Twitter bromance. I'd forgotten him. Will Mr Black be foregrounding his work at QPR when touting his snake oil around the world of sports?
Only saw the highlights (sic) last evening and from what they showed it looks like we were fortunate to only concede 6.....Dunne looked like he was running in treacle trying to keep up with Aguero and Silva....... YSY unable to even trap a ball on the halfway line mind I'm not sure why he was left on his own to defend but then when confidence is shot to pieces people do daft things.... It wouldn't have made any difference if OBZ had scored with that header they probably would have simply scored even more than they did... Congrats to Austin who has now "scored" 3 disallowed goals against City this season, must be some sort of record......
It was a strange subdued performance from QPR,a far cry from when you scrapped us off the park at loftus rd and we were happy to come away with a point I follow City everywhere and if my club had given a player his moment in the sun at his former club, where he's viewed as a legend, when he's not done a tap to earn it I would've been extremely pissed off. I thought it was poor, weak management Hope you manage to get the root and branch upheaval that your club desperately needs and I look forward to returning to loftus rd again in the future
I thought it was incredible seeing those City fans giving Phillips a standing ovation. How on earth did he go from that kind of player to the one we ended up with? Unbelievable
