Expected positive spin from our chairman, despite the fact he must be gutted.

This bit bought a bit of hope on an otherwise dark day...

“We have an opportunity to rebuild again and put in place the foundations to deliver long term success and stability at QPR.

“I can reassure all Rangers supporters that the building blocks are in place to move things in the right direction for the future, from the Academy upwards, to create a culture and philosophy within the club that QPR fans can be proud of.”

Glad to hear it. Let's hope the owners and the best of the supporters remain steadfast

As the Bee Gees said, "it's only words"

They also said, "Ah ha ha staying alive, staying alive" ................. but we've just died, again.
We seemed to be forced in making more comebacks than reruns of Get Smart .................. would you believe?

Our Keeper Rob Green has been relegated four friggin times!
Twice with us, once with Wet Spam and once I think with Norwich!

In the human rights mess and press freedom disaster that is Malaysia?
No, UK.
Any politican worth their salt can ab-lib, paraphrase to the point of repetition, quote verse after verse and say precisely nothing.
Here in Oz, only the best can do as such and create a career out of nothing, whilst spending so much time and effort to achieve and say nothing.
It is a real profession.
Now even Adel couldn't do that.

Anyone who buys this rubbish and doesn't blame Tony and the other owners for pretty much all of this mess are living in the dark.

The truth is, QPR has been run terribly since they took over. Ironically, even Flávio and Bernie were doing a better job. And that says it all.

I reckon that's a bit harsh. Fernandez has come in and taken big risks, which is what business men do. Perhaps he has got his calculations wrong, but I can applaud his willingness to take the risk. Alternatively, if he was sitting back happy not to invest and settle for mid table in the Championship year after year, wouldn't that be more disappointing?

Well said. It just depends if we see the same mistakes being repeated - again!

Taking BIG risks is not what all businessmen do. I'm learning this the hard way while trying to raise a mere million quid for an idea which comes with some risk but which is hardly something that anyone could call wildly speculative.

Have you tried venture capitalists? Crowd funding? Dragon's Den? Don't bother with banks, the Bank of England is telling them to keep cash in the vault rather than lend.

No we are not bothering with banks. We'd have to be mad(der) even to consider banks.
