Same mate. I can only eat anything substantial around 10am. That for me is brekky. Before that it's just tea and water or summit. Maybe something very small like a cereal bar or banana if I can stand it
I have cereal bars at work occasionally but not all the time. Got Coco-pop bars ATM
There are loads of em now aren't there. Can remember when about alls you could get was the Kellogs nutria grain ones. Still like them though
I used to buy the nutri-grain ones when they first came out but when I looked for them a couple of weeks ago they'd changed all the flavours, there was nothing I'd like.
Used to get the strawberry one
Tried a Special K bar once and that was foul, v artificial tasting

Keep em in the fridge for up to 2 days for use in other things. Good in baked goods and for omelettes and such. Shouldn't eat too many yokes in your diets as they are high in cholesterol. Try and only have 1/2 if I'm having eggs
