I would rather you didn't ban me for politely pointing out the obvious truth but at the end of the day it's your rules.
There was at least as much going the other way so why just ban Spanish. IMO You should reinstate him, and then treat them all with equal contempt if they start again. Just saying. X
 
He was banned for using a 2nd account to post on a board he had already been banned from. This breaks the forum rules & some people get a permanent ban for this ...... so he was actually lucky to only get until Saturday.

He isn't the only one posting here with a second account though. He came to your attention cos he as stitched up...

He came to my attention because he was abusive to Resurgam ..... just goes to show if people want to get away with a 2nd account ..... They shouldn't draw attention to themselves <doh>
