Hopefully Charnley will now start getting the same reception as Ashley receives - however, as it has been previously reported he does not like the limelight and likes to operate in the background maybe we should respect his wishes because as quoted today 'he only has the club's best interests at heart'.

Charnley is a ****ing parasite. Probably trying to save face since it was his decision to appoint Carver. Useless ****ing ****.

What a cop out.
How are the players 'suddenly' gonna be playing/trying for Carver after recent events?
They have accepted relegation now.
I fully expect Carver to be manager next year in the championship.
SM will sign a new deal with Derby and that will be the club's excuse when they give the permanent job to Carver.

I didn't see it but is it true that some **** Sky Sports reporter said the majority of fans are still behind Carver? He couldn't have said that sort of bulllshit. Coming out with stuff like that is reason enough to have his genitals smeared in chicken fat and shoved cock first into a starving Honey Badger den.

Listening to totalsport now, can people please stop calling Carver a 'nice guy'? The man is ****ing poision. A vile, fat, chancing parade float, thug who should be doing the night shift security at the ****in local Spar.

Sky are reporting that most of you consider him as one of your own and completely back the decision not to sack him. They found a guy who used to train under Carver as a coach to testify to his 'nice guy' personality.

I'm fairly certain I saw a 92% vote somewhere on my Twitter feed yesterday in favour of sacking him!

****ing comical lads, I feel for you guys genuinely. I actually thought Steve Mac would have saved your bacon.

Sky are just ****s. Most people hate Carver.

I have to say anyone renewing a season ticket from March this year is nuts. There must be a billion better things to do with money than give it to Mike Ashley.

A couple of people I work with are like that. They don't see the point of cancelling because 'it won't do anything.' Up to them. After this weekend, anyone that does renew is just plain daft.

I'd probably hate him too if I could understand a word he said.

Although I stand to rake £670 notes up if he carries on stuffing your club down the toilet. A decent plumber would be getting his plunger out by now but Carver seems to be going for the 'add more ****' method to try and lodge you firmly where you are.

Christ so it did happen. I just don't know how they can come up with that personally. No one of sound mind wanted him as manager in the first place. The man is nasty piece of work, ready to blame everything and everyone save himself. He is woefully out of his depth and him staying on proves two things:

1/ No one of sound mind wants to manage us.

2/ Carver has no intergrity and doesn't give a **** about the club. He just wants to stay on and see out his contract in the number 2 position for the next five years. Either that or he has been guaranteed for the job whether we are in the Premier League or Championship.

What a horrible lesson in utter wretched mediocrity it all is.

cant see it mentioned anywhere but carvers staying according to bbc sport. Club statement says that after a couple of days of frank discussion, players will now unite to get us out of this trouble, usual bollocks

I think that the players' statement went along the lines of "Don't worry, we'll be playing in the Premiership next season..."

I wonder if another battering on Saturday will see Ashley reaching for his wallet to lure a top bloke in for the last two games.

Write a £10m cheque to Fergie for two games, even Fergie would be nuts to turn that down, the alternative, relegation, costs much more.

**** them. I've been to two games this season, next year it will be none. I'm even going to stop watching them on TV. The club is one big joke.

Its guaranteed that we will lose to West Brom on Saturday if Carver is still there.
The only person that can't see it is daft fat Ashley.
