Its the way forward.

There was a lot of negativity about Spanish property and not owning the land the property was built on. This was a few years back. Hope this does not happen anymore...

If people don't do their homework it's their fault,costs 3 € to get a certificate from the property register.
Prices have really dropped here,good time to invest,the sun will allways shine here.
