A Dennis Skinner world would be a joyless place. The guy's still stuck in tbe 1920's.

He is by far and away the best orator in the House of Commons...He has an absolutely fantastic and sharp sense of humour, and I love to watch him when he is in full flow even though I don't always agree with what he is saying..

I can't disagree that he's somewhat charismatIc. He's just of a bygone era.
