Most cases - Madrid pay over the odds to get their players, Barca undercut the players' clubs.
I hate Madrid more than Barca anyway.

In the case of Neymar, it seems Barca paid well over the odds at the time. and they signed Suarez for 65-75 million quid making him the third highest ever bought player behind Ronaldo and Bale, so hardly undercutting there. When they need to, they fork out as much cash as Madrid do. Heck we managed to get 15 million quid off these suckers for Vermaelen!
