This fella's links are good for how to install into Kodi and they also include links to the appropriate zip file. This one's for phoenix but they're all pretty much the same. https://seo-michael.co.uk/how-to-install-phoenix-for-xbmc/
By the way the good links within the pheonix addon are through the straaeeell (something like that) channel.
Get lightstream and one of these boxes, problem solved http://www.amazon.co.uk/Slybox-Prel...TF8&qid=1430136527&sr=8-1&keywords=ott slybox
Both. If the tv isn't in use I plug the laptop into that. Is the Slybox the same as the Minix box SatRat suggested on a different thread? My brain's starting to hurt, I'm off for a lie down.
I use my PC, which has a big HD monitor with it, though I could plug it into the telly if I wanted. It also works on loads of devices... smart tv's etc... You can download it on your iphone/ipad and airplay it to the tv if you want. There's no need to go out spending £60 on a box for it.
No idea, I've ordered the slybox as my mate has it and we've been watching games at his, no problems with buffering etc. The box is connected straight in the router via Ethernet cable so theres none of the associated wifi problems. Great bit of kit and you can basically get anything you want on it.
At this rate half the country'll be dumping Sky Sports, so where will Wayne get his next £50mill from?
I love the thought of that, shame is that he's pocketed enough already not to have to worry...but no doubt there'll be future Wayne's that'll be ****ed, which pleases me immensely.
The main problem with Kodi is with the stability of the apps. They are incredibly volatile particularly as their popularity increases. The NBC add-on worked great for most of the season with streaming quality HD for those with faster connections/VPN capability. But as soon as it gained greater public awareness, the security was tightened which effectively made it offline unless you had a US subscription. An app called Canada Live was offering the same feeds from Canadian network TSN but again was closed within a week. Last week, NDUB25 was been touted as the next best thing but went down at the weekend. (It's back up now). As Hattie says, the Phoenix add-on with Staael was working ok at the weekend but this is just streaming from the website footie,ml which only has 3 streams at any one point, the streams can get stuttery and the site itself is starting to get blocked by some ISPs. Still...if you regular search YouTube for "Best new Kodi apps", you should be able to keep abreast of which apps currently have the best live tv apps.
Staaels feeds on the Phoenix app aren't off the website at all, they're nicked off the full NBC sports network package, and run seamlessly, the picture quality just isn't crystal clear like the NBCSE app, but it's still far superior to any website stream.
I'm assuming you are using the path Phoenix > Staael 2014 > Live TV > Live Sport. At this point, you are given the choice Motorsport Random Sports 1-3 WWE Sportsnet 360 The only ones showing football are Random Sports 1-3. These MAY originate from the NBC stream but they are been streamed from site http://footy.ml which you will see in the top right hand corner. It is also possible to type that URL directly into your browser, and sometimes the stream is more reliable than accessing through Phoenix (depending whether your ISP is blocking the site directly or not).
Hope there's no objection to me posting this here, I know some of you are up to date with this stuff. I'm picking my new android tablet and mini hdmi today to run through my tv to stream football mainly and maybe other tv. I watch all my steams on my laptop so unfamiliar with tablets but I've read of people having problems with closing ads. Is there an App out there I should be going for to make my life easier? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
