I think we all appreciate the sentiment, but there's so very few of us care about staying up anymore.
 
Didn't catch any post-match comments from Carver today. Who did he blame the defeat on this time? Fans again?

Not that he's making excuses, mind, but.......

We are in freefall as everyone else catches up. It doesn't need a search for a manager. Just someone they will play for will do. We have 4 games to get the (probably) 3 points that we need. I don't care who it is. They could even bring Shola back for 4 games if he is popular with the players as far as I am concerned. Just anybody that isn't in the management team at the minute and absolutely anybody other than John Carver. We cannot wait until the end of the season as that will be too late at this rate.

You are right - they need to do something different. I would end Carver as temporary coach and ask Coloccini and Jonas to sort the team out till the end of the season. Carver is only alienating the fans and the players dont seem to be able to play for him. It does all smack of 2008-2009 though - not a good omen.

The fat man must be sweating now all that lovely lovely tv money and free world wide advertising slipping from his stinking paws.
Surely to god he must realise what he has done by not investing in the team....and giving this bellend the job for fook knows how long.
There is one thing fatty loves more in the world than sweating and that's filthy money and he is watching millions of it filtering away week by week.
 
We need to get someone in for the remaining games, not to work miracles of course but just to get the basics right and demand a bit of respect from the players, we could actually throw Kinnear back in for the remaining 4 and do better than this clown, and no I'm not taking the piss.

He is so completely and utterly out of his depth its untrue, the players know this and take the piss, its obvious.

I was just thinking last night that if I had 3 boxes and they contained John Carver, Joe Kinnear and Dennis Wise I honestly don't know which one I'd pick. Then I decided it would have to be either Kinnear or Wise cos that is how **** Carver really is.

Then I came to my senses. I'd nail all three boxes shut, bury the bastards and give the job to Jonas!
