Both idiots.
Dude towing shouldn't have tried to pull in so late, but gets to a certain point where dude behind should just let him in, he's behind and in slow moving traffic so him stopping causes less of a danger than dude trying to pull in. As he's behind he has the option to stop or continue and just drive into him... E did the later
both idiots though, should have just let him pull in when it he's that close to the turning and just let it go... You're only 1 car further back hardly like it's added an extra 2 hours into your journey or anything

Van driver is a dick but caravan driver is wrong
Van driver can be done for closing the gap and so leaving insufficient stopping distance to the car in front but the caravan driver had no right to even begin turning left without checking it was safe to do so, which it clearly wasn't
That part is funny where he goes mental and says he has it on video, then realises him screaming is also on video and tries to calm down his language so he doesn't look bad
