Yes Dave, as I've said before, it certainly seems as though McNally has done his 'rabbit out of the hat' trick again!!!!

Personally I ´m in no doubt we´ve unearthed a much bigger gem this time around, Lambert was a good motivator and man-manager, and so is Neil, but there´s far more between the ears in this man - I just hope we can hang onto him, because rest assured, vultures will be circling.

Exactly what I and others have been saying RBF and there it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if one or more of the teams struggling in the PL, but who will stay up next season will be trying their damndest to lure him away.
His ploy of putting on 3 strikers was an inspired move and with more deadly finishing, Grabban could have scored a 3rd deep into injury time.

Just watched the FLS and I think it was Leroy who remarked that we have accrued 42 points since AN joined us and at that time we were 11 points behind Bournemouth!!!

He just seems so grounded. Nothing flusters him. Even when he's annoyed he can keep his head and get his point across concisely. Fortunately he hasn;t had a huge amount to be annoyed about in this marvelous run!

I think that being so young will be an advantage. He's clearly very ambitious but he has time to build things.
We should be able to move at the pace of his ambition for a while. Realistically as a club we have a ceiling, but I doubt Neil does.
Things always move fastest when driven by the ambitious. The problem is they are also the most willing to leave when the opportunity is presented.

Excellent post Bath and I feel McNally has unearthed a gem in AN and the difference in the team's style of play is immense.
My only hope is that he isn't poached by a failing PL team in the near future and that he will at least be here for all of next season.

He is the antithesis of some of our previous managers and his explanations are crystal clear. Is it any wonder that players respond to this? There is little ambiguity in what he wants to do with us, and as others have pointed out, the biggest fear is that he gets poached by a bigger club. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't he on a one year rolling contract?

That's my understanding as well CC and must have been what he asked for, as I believe NA was offered a 3 year contract.
He always talks a lot of sense and how many other managers would opt to put 3 strikers on the pitch together??
