BMI isn't still used is it? I'm short and muscular therefore I am not only overweight, but obese. Obese but runs marathons.
 
The thing with the Boston Bomber is that his sentencing is being done on the federal level. As I understand things, any Federal death penalty has to be signed off by the President. Hopefully Obama/Clinton will realise the martyrdom aspect, and lock him up for life.
If it comes down to the President he will probably sign it. He won't pass up the chance to execute a terrorist.

It is. I had mine checked the other day. I am 6ft2 but weigh nearly 20 stone due to muscle mass. The nurse said if I didn't gym I would be classed as over weight.<doh>

I wish I was that big. I am cutting (building up bulk(fat) then losing to add better muscle tone and bulk) for a couple of months so will cut down from 19st to about 17st/16st. Still 3 stone over weight and obese according to BMI.

I am 6 ft 1 , 16.5 stone . 3 stone over weight and I don't seem to have the will power to get rid :-(

Do you want to exercise? Or just not your thing? There is plenty of things that you can do these days. If will power is the trouble why not try a personal trainer?

I have a bike , and forestry around about 5 minutes walk , really should get out and do it again . Used to love it , but now back in a rut . I just need to kick myself up the arse !! I am not diabetic , but that Gary Mabbutt thing has scared the **** out of me !!!!!
