I was going to put it after you voted Biscan, switched to Astro and then back to Biscan following comments from Billy. Looked dodgy as **** <laugh>
 
I think there are styles but yes just saing mafia. is one thing.

any mafia out there should have the hairs on the back of their necks raise any time people don't do that but ask specific probing questions cos if you are questioned you are in danger.

this is why of course Bod got killed last game and recruited in this game and HE ****ING KILLED ME TWICE GRRRR
 
What I've learnt from last 2 games is being a regular townie is boring so jazzing it up by claiming fake roles is much more fun.

Next game ame should be 1 Mafia and the rest all town but no one know what roles exist.

Make it a total free for all <laugh>

as a stumpy you are ineffect a known innocent or known mafia and can have lots of fun

the stumps were all town aligned so all lots btw...

Next game i think stmups should be in but i quite fancy adding the suicide bomber too.

you could do that. Typically the yanks seem to like mafia v werewolves where one wolf goes round biting peoepl to recruit more wolves and the team grows each night... or vampires if you like.

there are lots of variants you see.

I think looking at it we could design a set up, then say ok we play this three times and get it right. but then its only a part time thing.

well you were joking a lot but i bet the mafia were....

the only difference between stumpy here and a real player is the ability to vote.

i think it helps today and would help other games were we got down to 2 or 1 mafia and the game ended up 3/4 players and no actions

I can imagine being the last 2/3 town and having 6/7 guys telling you what to do would be right head wreaking.

Its easier to look at things from the Mafia view point than townie despite still not knowing who is who. I thought it was game over as soon as it went to 5-4. Very difficult to win from that position, especially with the Mafia having a kill left. Basically meant the town had to vote in unison for the rest of the game, hitting a Mafia each time despite not knowing who was who still. It was almost as impossible to win as the Serial Killer role <laugh>
 
Isn't the suicide bomber limited though? They either last a certain number of days or comments?
 
classic suicide bomber is:

1. a mafia wannabe.
2. does not know who mafia are
3. starts as town
4. mafia know who he is.
5. mafia decide when to use him and on who.
6. the player targetted IMMEDIATELY dies (during day) and suicide bomber dies to
7. dead suicide is made mafia stumpy and they get to win with mafia

Next one I'm definitely in if I'm around so don't forget us Mags.

Tell you what I'm not usually into match fixing but I'll have a word with our lot and will let Liverpool win next Monday. Can't say fairer than that.

That sounds like more fun. Is the suicide bomber is announced once killed?


The suicide bomber I read said they would die at the end of the first day or get twenty comments before dying. The latter would be good for certain players although I'm not sure we should be encouraging players to shut up either <laugh>

My version is better where he isn't alligbed to either but if town lynch one of the people who voted for him died along with him... If Mafia kill then who ever kills him dies as well...

maybe team him up with the serial killer That would be an awesome team <laugh>

You can make them any way you wish as long as effect is balanced.

It would be fun if someone could take someone with them i suppose.

You could team him up with the serial killer yes.

anything that can be original is good.
 
I think a game where nobody knows who is who would be more fun. Every single player, mafia or townie, is playing blind.
