There was one point when someone asked who I had investigated and couldn't work out if I would have had3 or 4 investigations by then so thought i'll stick with 3 and if someone asks about the 4th, say I investigated you night one <laugh>

To be honest I think the Mafia would have won even if there had been no members on the Mafia team. The townies did have one perfect record that they can look back on with pride...

I was surprised that neither me nor Nozzer were ever seriously up for a lynching.

I would have had Nozzer pinned on the first night but for the idiotic town, particularly Tobes, Biscan and especially Billy <laugh>
 
I think I made a good addition to the mafia.
I was trying my hardest to get you all to think IBWT was lying, which I knew he was anyway.
 
Well Lads, it ended decently.

It started badly but i think we learned a few things

first 1pm night time is not good. Which is fair enough we tried something

Second stumps are good for game. I'd love to see town stump v mafia stump someday but most of all stumps on a team need to keep their team loyalties.

If gerrez died day 2 and knew nozzer was mafia that would have been quite controversial!

Third.. anyone talking to the gamesmaster is trying to plant ideas with the rest of you unless they really are missing something. everytime today i was referred to as secret roles you all took the doubt on me not on the person saying it... you should learn from that.

all in all... town lynched a town everyday. Astro was right that no lynch was a perfect strategy but that is only cos it was never meant to be and f I'd been asked in a pm and told why I would have said no. I was too accommodating and eager to please in giving answer fast so it nearly ruined the later days

finally Valley was unlukcy. I am sorry but it was a clear vote so at least it was a town v town call. both were town.

People said hmmm morgan a lot... noever voted for him though.

People (2 investigators) had nozzer down. Day one you should have had him in mix for usre or just took him out for being obvious. as you did not you somehow then just left him.

billy had a detective role. Both were hidden detectives, what can i say. the PM doesn't say you can't tell anyone.

billy had looked at mikey, bodanki and nozzer during game so you really should have had nozzer dead, and a cabal of known town team... however........ as mafia had a kill and a recruit it don't think you can blame billy for not outing himself and dying.


Fianl note: day 2 billy was mentioned for kill. the town could have lost both detectives in two days. lucky the mafia decided not to and swtich... unlucky for obi wan.
 
i thought tobes played well for a first time ever.

First day he was quite good at challenging people. Again.. we've played games with lots of kills etc so i think people have forgotten the core of being town is ............ you don't know and you have to find out.

Mafia by their nature know who is who so there are ways of telling if you can ask enough people or read others asking enough people... and looking at the actual votes and sequence of votes whats going on.

Roles change all the time... bobbyD said today the IBWT is normally town.. well beofre that he was mafia twice.. so last game someone might have made the exact opposite claim.

Yes history is good but roles change and people should be deliberately acting when playing mafia to appear town so you have to catch them out... after all the perfect cover for a mafia is "i'm acting the same as always, i was town last time whats different"

I was right though. 2 games, 2 times IBWT makes himself look guilty to me and twice he's innocent :D.

MITO know it all i challenge you being part of the game next time!!

I still blame Billy, his weird vote at the end of the first day when we had a 3 way tie made him look super guilty.

What I think would be interesting is a similar setup to what we just had but don't give the Mafia a board, just tell them who they are. Give each of the three a kill or recruit and see what happens. If they kill or recruit each other so be it <laugh>

He still claims to know it all when playing too <laugh>

Billy's vote also cost the town some knowledge :)
