City are hilarious really

Talk about chucking it big style

This could be ****est league in ages to go with ****est cl campaigns as well

Chelsea only have to flop over the finish now and utd and arsenal can go pretend they are top teams, fail to improve as a result andnext years cl will be embarrassing again

Whereas Liverpool came a close second in a really, really tough league last season, brought in seven players to strengthen the squad and..........oops

It was mooted that last season was a poor season in the prem, mainly by utd fans, we were told we'd had it easy without the burden of European football and that its easy to finish 2nd under those circumstances.
So what's so different this season?, Utd haven't been in top spot even for one week unlike us part timers last season, mito has a good point.

Never mentioned last year trebs not once

Is last year some sore point for you.... Oh yeah....

Now chelsea have 70 points, they might still take 90 but for it to be a title race they have to slump... In case you missed it trebs while you were blocking said year out of your mind the top 4 last year all hade more point by this point

If arsenal and utd get close to chelsea from here it'll be a poor ending to the season in terms of what city have already done and what chelsea will have to do

Utd must for the record not hide issues behind other teams falling down and must get thier house fully in order to compete where you'd like to compete. You know that just like 90% of real fans

I would like us to compete for the full season next year and Treble would probably agree with that <ok>

The point must be though that utd fans know that with more competitive games the team must be able to cope so brittle players playing 2 a week can't be relied on and you still in the end need those cbs, cms and strikers

After all... To be judged as the best you must be held to highest standards like bayern or real and not looked at like lfc where people talk about making do with lads

I blame his agent, though the mail may be totally misrepresenting the matter, at 16 I don't think the place you need to go is Madrid, who spend a 100m every year on players for the first team.

he should have stayed put for another year at least and decided where he would best develop, but his agent and parents had different ideas, he's 16 and that move to Madrid was driven by money, he could not be expected to decide such things at 16 ffs

Agreed <ok> Rude awakening though for the kid.

He's maybe going to pay the price for the greed of his agent and parents. Sound advice would be if you are that good Madrid will wait. How much will you develop playing in the 3rd tier of Spanish football? Mind you, the league he came from is pants' pants.

Still, he'd learn much more playing in Stoke's reserves than he will in the 3rd tier of Spanish football

He's on £80k and refusing to train with the youngsters. He's 'obsessed' with Ronaldo ... allegedly ...

He's on ****ing 80k? at 16? Is that not child labour? <laugh>

That kid will be destroyed, mark my words, over the next few years he will appear more in Hola(Spanish Hello magazine) than he will in the Real first team. Doesn't sound like he is grounded at all like say an Owen or a Scholes. I bet his agent and parents nearly popped an eyeball when that figure was produced by Real

Throwing all of that fame and fortune at kids destroys them. Case in point, the kid won't train with other kids.
