Just this crazy thought won't leave my head but that 4th goal although not needed and didn't influence the game will be the 1 goal that keeps us up. Joey owes us still in my opinion and will that goal be his payback. Or more than likely I am clinging on to all hope.

Every small bit makes a difference. It would be particularly galling to our rivals if we survive by one goal since that goal should not have stood for the foul by Austin. Watching the high lights made me think we had a whole lot of luck in that game. I do hope that is a change in our fortunes and not a one off.

Wasn't Phillip's choice a poor one in that attack? How Austin managed to create a chance for Barton out of it was impressive. Phillips bearing down on goal, instead of attempting to either draw their defender and slip Charlie in or go it alone, he just kind of stops in no man's land and whips in a cross. A cross when its two against one! Strange. Stranger still that it worked!
