Tryster showed some turn of foot to win at Lingfield! Didn't think he'd get there.

Hes bordering on Group 1 class, the progress he has made race by race since Chelmsford is unbelievable, fast pace, slow pace, its all the same. Just whether he can translate it to the turf and if he cant there is always Meydan next year.

You have to take your hat off to Godolphin as whilst the likes of Stoute, Hannon, Gosden, Cecil, Cumani, and O'Brien have their horses back in their stable Godolphin have made a small fortune at Lingfield. I know it's not about the money for them but still makes sense. Tryster just won 125k and met no competition from the big yards with possible exception of Marco Botti.

Other horse I was interested in today was in the other sprint at 4.15.

Lightscameraaction has always looked useful since arriving here (possibly from France) and Kelleway looks like she might have targeted some prizemoney here. Blinkered first time, drawn well to attack, and looks a really interesting e/w proposition if the blinkers can find a few extra lbs of improvement.

Well done with the winners today fellas. Boris I saw Tangerine Trees when I was looking last night and figured I could have a bet because it's Friday and technically the weekend so I wouldn't be breaking my 'no betting through the week' ban. The horse is an old favourite of mine but then I saw two others that fall into that category in the form of Borderlescott and Hawkeyethenoo and I didn't want to leave one of them out, so left them all out and didn't end up having a bet! Was a nice forecast too so I've missed out again

Miserable weekend for me. Wycombe let in 3 goals.......... and it had to be against Oxford ............... and it may well have cost us automatic promotion

It can only get worse when we play Burton on Monday and Bury win again <wah>

Wycombe were only team in a 10 fold that let me down for £346 today would have thought it a banker aswell

Our home form is poor smokey and it's the third year running they have beaten us at Adams Park. I think we haven't won a mid week home game in 3 years. We have the best away record in the Football League but I can't see that helping us against Burton on Monday.

Just got back from lingfield, had a winner so can't complain. My wife is now called colourwise, she picks her horses by the colours and consistently backs winners. Today 10/1 7/1, makes me look like a right novice
