I expect you're looking forward to another year of dross, scrapping in the Chumpionship Aber ? Personally, I'm looking forward to playing Arsenal, the Manchesters, Chelsea, Tottenham etc next year and I cant waite to start spending the £158m TV money we get for being a fixture in the Premier League. I wonder who our shiney new players will be ?

im so full of envy you made African tv

Now tell me something I didn't know .
I love football and i love the premiership and i will always support my club........but not with money any more as there is far to much greed by clubs now. The way things are going football clubs are slowly committing suicide with the weakest to get into so much debt that i wont give more than 10 years before we see some of the premiership and below teams going out of business....Football is out of control and i dont mean the games on the pitch either....

. . . as young Swans ease past Battswood in Cape Town
The Under-19s kicked off their Metropolitan Premier Cup campaign with a comfortable 4-0 victory over Battswood.
In blustery conditions at Erica Park, there was overwhelming interest in the fortunes of Swansea City as supporters flocked to the main pitch to get a glimpse of the action.
The group stage matches consist of two halves of 30 minutes, and the Swans started well as they swiftly got into the passing rhythm.
Liam Cullen – starting as the lone striker – was quickly involved as he saw a goal disallowed for offside after just seven minutes.
However, the Swans didn’t have to wait long to break the deadlock as the impressive Dan James beat three players in the centre of the Battswood half before finding Tom Dyson on the right hand side. The winger than played a neat one-two with James before slotting past the goalkeeper at his near post.
Dan James also saw a shot deflect wide before the Swans experienced a let-off at the other end as Battswood struck the post from 12 yards out.
Half-time: Swansea City 1 Battswood 0
The young Swans stepped up the tempo straight from the restart and came close to doubling their lead after just three minutes as Dan James saw a left-foot shot tipped over by the goalkeeper.
But the Welsh side did grab a second just two minutes later as Kyle Copp’s left-foot shot went across the face of goal which allowed Liam Cullen to slide in and tap home from six yards out.
Dan James then helped himself to a deserved third goal as the winger cut in from the left hand side before hitting a right-foot shot that flew past the goalkeeper and into the bottom corner.
And Copp got himself on the scoresheet shortly after as his 25-yard free kick hit both posts before the linesman on the far side raised his flag to signal that the ball had crossed the line.
The Swans now had full command of the contest and made three second-half changes as Kyle Copp, Cai Owens and Dan James were replaced by Connor Quigley, Kieran Evans and Ashleigh Harries.

The Under-19s bowed out of the Metropolitan Cup following a penalty shoot-out defeat against JL Zwane on Saturday.
The squad progressed to the knockout stage following a 1-1 draw against the University of Stellenbosch earlier in the day.
After going behind after four minutes, the Swans looked to be heading out of the competition as the South African side held firm with the clock ticking.
However, Cai Owens popped up with five minutes to play to volley home and send the side through to the last 16.
This meant a knockout tie against the winners of Group B, JL Zwane, who came through a tough qualifying campaign to reach this year's tournament.
But it was the Swans who started on the front foot as Brandon Griffiths drilled a left-foot shot wide of goal after just three minutes.
Aaron Lewis then saw a speculative half volley dip a fraction wide of the right-hand upright, while Griffiths forced the Zwane keeper into a smart save at his near post.
Despite their dominance, it was the South African side that took the lead just before half time as the Swans again had to come from a goal down.

The Swans quickly set about getting on level terms and grabbed a deserved equaliser six minutes after the restart as Liam Edwards capitalised on poor defending to slot home.
And with ten minutes to play the game turned on its head as Kyle Copp scored a stunning overhead kick in what looked to be the winning goal.
But in a cruel twist, a twice-taken free kick in the final minute saw Zwane grab an equaliser to send the contest into extra time.
And with the two teams cancelling each other out, it was left to the lottery of penalties to decide who would reach the last eight.
Following two misses apiece in the regulation shoot-out, both teams scored their next two spot kicks before Cameron Gilchrist saw his effort saved.
That allowed Zwane to step up and convert their final penalty and win 6-5 to book their place in the quarter-finals.
