Not too sure I would agree with that sentiment Swords. Without trying to get too political, their invasion of a neighbouring country's sovereign territory and annexation of Crimea is totally out of order. In addition to that, Putin sees fit to have the leader of the opposition assassinated within yards of the Kremlin. Countries like that should not be rewarded by the rest of the world giving them prestigious international sports tournaments.

At least the Nazis admitted invading Poland. Putin is taking advantage of a weak U.S. President. He wouldn't have tried this **** with George W. Bush in charge. It is high time the Western World advised the Russians that they are kidding nobody and NATO moved Thousands of troops to Ukraine to reinforce their Borders.

Personally speaking as long as they are under Putin's regime, I wouldn't be rewarding them with a World Cup.

We need to make sure that the days of them bullying the rest of the world and using corruption to achieve their goals are well and truly over.
