After a lot of thought I have decided to add a new mod to the Arsenal ranks, more and more are working with three mods and it seems to help a lot, your third mod is Theo.

Why theo, well I dont know him so did what I always do now when looking for a mod, PM'ed a few decent posters, all senior members to ask their advice. A few names came up, 3 in general so I looked at their profile and posts and decided theo was the man and I'm pleased to say he accpeted.

Why a third mod, it helps give a fresh view, it gives balance, it shares the load and board coverage.

Apart from the odd visit from other boards all runs well on this board and I'm sure everyone will make life easy for theo.

can we have an <itsadisgrace> smiley in honour of Drogba's famous Champions League rant please? i've always wanted one, and i think it could get a lot of usage!
