Going down to 10 men, everyone put that little bit more in and United really should have won this game by 3 or 4 goals. Unfortunately Rodgers will come out and say silly things about character etc but I hope he doesn't actually believe them,

Fair play to him. Not seen many players come out and do that...
As Carragher said (and you mentioned in other thread) he plays with his heart in situations and can lead to him being brilliant in cup finals, or losing his cool and getting sent off against his rivals. Rafa took him out of those situations, remember subbing him off against Everton and we went on to win.
