Wow, just seen a vine of Jerome's goal - drool !! Check @TheCarrowCrowd to watch. The ball from Sir Wes to Howson was pretty sublime, too
I'm not going to waste time with this. You came up with a fictitious scenario to make your point, I came up with a real one to make mine. It's just about the branch of maths called probability, and it's nowhere near as simple as how many points the gap is. Anyway, it's been a good day, let's enjoy it.
That's an amazing back-heel - just how cool was that! No need to celebrate, just all in a day's work!
I prefer audacious! What a goal. There was a huge fuss when Thiery Henry did that from close range, but nothing compared to Jerome's!
And I can guarantee it will hardly get a mention on the FLS!!! We have to be eternally grateful to NA for signing Jerome in the first place!!
But my point was relevant to us, not Port Vale, and I still don't understand where your six points adrift in 13th comes into it. I may have earned my A level in maths a long time ago, but I do remember what probability theory is all about ta Anyway, like you say it has been a fabulous day for us so let's all enjoy it
I'm not sure about that SN, but Wes is the key and when it's 2 from 3 then Hooper is likely to lose out. Supers is convinced that if Jerome plays up front we depend on too many long passes, but that isn't the case when Wes plays behind him.
