Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao’s former agent Silvano Espindola has revealed that the Colombian’s terrible spell at Old Trafford has been so depressing for the striker that it has reduced him to tears.

Falcao, popularly known as El Tigre, has managed to score just four times in all competitions this season after his hefty loan move to Manchester last season. He was supposed to take the Premier League by storm, but hasn’t lived up to his billing and it looks very likely that he will not be signed permanently in the coming summer.

Espindola said, “We talk a lot. I’m not going to say that he feels happy because he’s not. We’ve spoken many times and cried together.

“It’s not an easy situation because every player wants to play and every goal-scorer wants to score goals, that’s normal.

“But, at the moment, he isn’t scoring and that’s part of his football. He’s recovering his best form.

“When we spoke, I told him that this happens to every striker, that he’ll get over this poor run, and has happened to every great striker.

“When you don’t score, you’re going to begin to feel the pressure.”

Falcao was recently included in United’s reserve squad as Louis Van Gaal wanted him get back his confidence and had said, “We pay players to play whether it’s for the first team or second.” However, that move backfired as he failed to impress let alone score in the game.

Falcao’s agent revealed the conversation that he had with his former client, “When he was on his way to the ground to play this game with the reserves, he called me,” said Espindola.

“We spoke for 20 minutes until he reached the stadium and he told me ‘I’ve never been through something like this, I don’t know how to deal with this situation. It feels weird for me’.”

With Wayne Rooney in good goal scoring form, it’s very unlikely that Falcao will be used against Liverpool from the start. Rooney will have to be at his worst for Falcao to get a chance off the bench and that is unlikely considering Rooney is facing Liverpool, a side he hates keeping his Everton roots in mind.

Falcao will need a sudden change in luck to keep him at the club, but that is still very far away as nothing about him is world class at the moment. He looks a yard slower, hasn’t been able to put away his chances and hasn’t created any goals for his teammates either

Falcao discovering selling your soul for money isnt all what its cracked up to be

What a strange thing to say, Falcao has had no financial gain from his loan.

What a strange thing to say, Falcao has had no financial gain from his loan.

He's on loan because he moved to a fake club for money

He could have been playing in CL finals and winning La Liga

Since hammering Newcastle 5-0 a month ago Citeh have lost 4 of the 5 games they have played since so you never know.

(Barca twice,Burnley and us)

If Man City lose again than the Manchester derby becomes quite a interesting game for us (and Arsenal)
