Good for you and your money 'We get more money than you' - Great basis for an argument. We get more money than Cwymran Town.
You need (tv) money to buy players and pay wages. Norwich have got 3 Scottish first team players and they are ****.
Anyway, Norwich wouldn't 'piss the SPL' as all those super players they 'signed for money' wouldn't stick around to play in a '**** league'. Essentially they'd be reduced to Dundee/Hamilton type quality. On the flip side of that coin, Celtic would breeze the Championship with the financial resoures teams like Norwch apparently get
The Scottish League is far superior to the Irish league and we get more TV money than them. A pointless comparison, but that seems to be in vogue right now..
By the way, all things are relative. We spend what we can afford and do remarkably well considering the league we're in and the resources at our disposal. Most English teams spend a ****ing fortune and regularly under-perform. So, you may spend millions on players but where does it get you? Competing with Bournemouth (****ing Bournemouth!) for a play-off place, that's where.
Norwich were in the EPL last season so boosted their revenue by about £150m. The Championship don't fork out stupid money.
You win your league every ****ing year. Every team you play against is pure pish. Your champions league spot is piss-easy to get, but as soon as you start playing other european diddly teams you get pumped <Legia> EPL > Championship > Lithuanian league > New Zealand league > SPL
Exactly, which you'd never get in Scottish football. Hence why you'd join the rest of the dross beneath Celtic.
Do you ****. That's just bullshit spun by Sky and regurgitated by the likes of the BBC and ITV. If you go up (and it's a big if seeing as you have to overcome those giants of world football, Bournemouth) you'll spend about £15-£20m on new players who will most likely be ****e and you'll go back down again.
I don't give a **** about the SPL I would struggle to name 4 sides and I wouldn't want any of the players , maybe the Dutch Celtic centre back. This seems to be a global view so nobody watches it and the tv deals are ****. Fact . Argument won
