    Sometimes it happens where promotions and relegations are concerned!! So putting my tin hat on I am predicting that Middlesboro will replace Sunderland, Derby will switch with Leicester and just maybe Brentford but more likely Watford replace QPR!! Going down to the Championship and League 1, PNE to swop with Blackpool

    I suppose you're referring to the Mockney/Cockney scenario..? That's the only way I can remotely see that tie up. The OP was talking about geographical replacements. Not financially frail/gone bust clubs.
