You need to change your allegance to a club in a proper league and you'll be fine. You'll learn to have a laugh again without having to take yourself too seriously. I watched 2 prem teams on the box tonight. What's all that throwing yourself on the floor all about? Is it a "see how far you can roll" game with a prize? In the other leagues players can't do that game as the wages are not big enough to manage the laundry bill to get the green stains out of the shorts.

You are where you are and are happy to be there - we are where we are and will endeavour to break into the "exclusive" club - personally I'm having therapy to get over going out of the World Cup due to being tonked by Bangladesh.......

Well at least you don't have to worry about green stains on your shirts <laugh><ok>

I must admit, it would be pretty hilarious if Stoke finish higher than Southampton, considering the general condescending attitude towards Stoke (and other team's) style of football and arrogance of their own style of football.

I'm not condescending towards Accrington, I don't really care about them and how they play when we're not playing them. That applies to most teams.

The amount of posts about West Ham on the Southampton forum would suggest the same cannot be said on the wrong side of the M27.

Case in point, this thread: http://www.not606.com/threads/so-boring.293406/

Thought today's game was quite exciting...wasn't against Accrington or Plymouth, either.

Just how many penalties do the Scummers get awarded each season?, it has to be amongst the highest in the land. Maybe they all practice at that snooty diving centre in Scumland?<whistle>

That was our 2nd sb3, and as you rightly said we don't get enough of the correct decisions against the so called big boys lol

Hmm are you sure? I seem to recall virtually all of Tubby Lambert's goal tally in recent years coming from the penalty spot!
<laugh>
Maybe the refs in the Prem know who the cheats are and only give the pens when they are correctly and rightly won<whistle>

Honestly PL, you really shouln't be so touchy about a bit of good natured banter from your local rivals. When we were in League 1 and close to extinction, we were getting bucketloads of "arrogant" comments from the likes of "spend, spend, spend" Fraulein Blunt and Fratton Funk Daddy and of course SB3 in his vairious guises, on the old BBC 606 site.
