Nothing really much takes the eye Robbie. But an old favourite of mine runs in the first and will be backing it myself, has a definite chance but is more of a flat horse and even then is so hard to catch right. So I'd bet with caution and the price isn't great. Jonnie Skull 7/2 is the horse in question. And at a push in the 4:15 Red Inca 9/2 could be worth a small bet.

Neither is a confident bet but it looks a pretty poor card today. Enjoy your day out

A win and a 2nd hope this helped a bit along with Sticks winner

well we have seen four horses make all and win , three on good ground, and one outstanding one on soft today, maybe they all had the courage and fortiitude to do such a thing, but its a rare thing at such a meeting -- really pleased for the bradstocks and co -met them many moons ago at a service station when the then young carruthers had just been beat a nose by a paul nicholls hot pot at uttoxeter -they were thriled with him that day , im sure they will be even more so with their champion today---as for those plumpton officials......im sure that will be the last thing on their minds tonight !

Had a tip for Burren view lady - looks like I got it late - have no clue what the source is so bet at peril
Got it leaving office so no confidence but have to back myself only got 7/2 so not part of the gamble but it is in Dundalk so would take with a canister of salt

Apparently that admirable law which prescribed the death penalty for anyone selling horses in Ireland outside the Pale of Greater Dublin is to be repealed. So is bloody Ted Walsh going to get away with it again ?

Cheers smokey. So my 24 lines returned £408. That's bloody good for me. Not sure I've ever had a placepot come up

Takes some doing landing a placepot I only ever do single lines or on rare occasions put two lines on so well done to you Ron and to Bob who also landed it today
