Still good form. In previous years they've scored against Stoke and Man City. And they scored against you yesterday.

But Everton already have 4 away clean sheets this season <ok>
They're a decent side, but on that showing yesterday, they're certainly not the best side we've faced in this comp and we've not failed to score in any of our away games to press.

Serious question Tobes, do you think the current situation in the Ukraine will effect the blues players, it must be scary as **** going into their airspace with Russian fighter planes around etc.

The 2nd leg should have been played in a neutral ground, Uefa have given teams playing Israeli opposition that option in the past haven't they?

I think given the violence at their last EL home game, it should maybe have been played behind closed doors, and there's no way I'd travel over there for this one, as imo there's bound to be bother, as the local militia will be actively seeking them out.

As for the players, I doubt they'll be relishing the idea but once the game kicks off it shouldn't affect them.

I really do hope Everton win the EL.. after getting relegated. Then they win the CL several years in a row while dropping divisions. Martinez manages them down to non league and 7 CL titles before being eventually encased in a carbonite display outside Goodison.

You're on the bong early tonight lad.

"Too early" what's that?
<laugh>

I do hope ye win it tho, especially if United fail to make top 4, just to make it worse for vanGaal like. Extra few bob for the club and it would mean Martinez eventually kept his promise <laugh>

If Everton with the EL and Liverpool finish fifth in the PL, there could be some "interesting" banter...

Same applies if we finished second, third or fourth. Both get CL but one won a trophy. Slightly different if we manage to win the FA Cup though.

I'd like to see Everton go on to win the EL.

I'd like to see Everton go down and win nothing! **** them and their rotting wooden stadium!!!

Although the initial piss taking would be great, I wouldn't want to see them go down. I wouldn't like to see Man Utd relegated either. Those games are the ones I look forward to most each season, it wouldn't be the same without them. Chelsea can ****off though :)

I can see a argument for Everton, local rivalry, bragging rights etc. But Man U, sorry but I could live without that game cause the laughter would last me all season (since they would spend the same as all the Championship clubs put together and get straight back up)

And yep, Chelsea are welcome to **** off at any time.

Defender John Stones and winger Aiden McGeady return to Everton's squad for the second leg of their last-16 Europa League tie at Dynamo Kiev.

McGeady is back after missing nine games while Stones has missed two but Kevin Mirallas is out with a knock from the first leg which Everton won 2-1.

Tony Hibbert, Bryan Oviedo and Steven Pienaar are still absent as Everton, the last British survivors, bid to reach the quarter-finals.
The cup-tied Aaron Lennon can't play.

Everton are unbeaten in four games away from home in the Europa League this season and an extension of that record would take them through to a first European quarter-final since they won the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1985.
