Rolling Star of Hendersons.

Two for the week, which given some of the falls is still staggering.

I seriously thought Annie Power was a gonner yesterday, landing on her neck like that. Amazed she just got up and walked away. maybe she wasn't traveling that fast uphill is all I can think.

Another eventful day at the Festival, hard to follow up from yesterdays drama mind.

NAP of the day landed in Don Poli. Absolutely murdered Kings Palace up the hill. Just like last year that one was looking the gas mask up the hill in a proper race lol Pipe got his reward later though with Moon Racer, blitzed them. Nice horse, but was a very messy race.

Dodging Bullets beating Somersby said it all for the QM. Rubbish race, UDS will add some class to the division next year. Sprinter Sacre gone at the game. What a good horse he was for such an oh so short time.

Could a been stick, I was focused on Mullin's donkeys Bellshill & Bordini. Just heard the commentator mention MR, ain't rewatched it <ok>

I had Modus in the same race last year, didn't run anything like he did today!! Flirted with backing him again today, would've been gutted to miss out on 33/1 place money but thankfully I managed to find the winner anyway.

He didn't run a bad race last year Fabio, he was only four at the time and that's a huge ask! They put him away after that and waited for today. I hope we see him out hurdling soon and he is going to be a nice sort.

Just watching the racing from today for the first time. That Hendo horse in the first is going to be some tool, the way he battled back after the crashing mistake was really taking.

Has looked a real good one all season Nass has some great battling qualities and stays as strong as anything you will see. Watch the race at Xmas at Newbury where Parlour Games won but look how Vyta battles back after been scrubbed along along way from home.

Don Poli look's lazy and struts around like he knows he's good, having seen him live a few times during his races I was far from impressed in his early stages but towards the finishes I was always left in awe. He definitely keeps some back for himself and that will stand him in good stead for a battle because he seems to be able to pull a bit more out when called upon, it's an admirable quality to have and I'd be keen he will win tomorrow too, should relish the test.

What a performance again from the Don... again it may not look flashy and I'm not sure he's beaten that much but my god does he find every time he's given a squeeze, all going well it will take a special one to upset him in next year's GC as it stands.
