Yup - heard many a tale of the past from my old Grandpa who was a Millwall docker....but all of that and the gang warfare is history....now we just have a good old fashioned fan-based rivalry that tends to get a bit heated at times and blown out of all proportion by the media. I for one am looking forward to the games against Wet Sham as I do the games against all of our London rivals....trouble is I must be getting old - I want to watch the match and have a few quiet pints these days....can do without all of the 'bully boys' flexing their muscles!
Wishful thinking these days Steve - my spinnach munching days are long gone...but it doesn't hurt to dream on!
