Joint 4th, only behind Arsenal on GD.

2 points behind United in 3rd, 2 above Saints and 4 above Spurs.

    Top top weekend.

Tobes, hopefully you guys can do us more of a favour today than when you played City last year and rolled over and had your tummies tickled!

great performance, Brod texted me and said he dedicates it to the miserable ****s on here who confused our European form with our league form and MITO #luckedout
The only time City looked in it was when we dropped back after scoring the first, we didn't make that mistake after scoring the second

That was a performance with bottle

Only Markovic had a poor afternoon really, the rest of the team were ****ing awesome and gave 100% even with playing only on Thursday and not having much time to recover. Allen and Henderson completely bossed the 'immense' Toure and Fernandinho and really set the tempo for the team.

The form we're in, we stand a great chance of finishing top four. Massive, massive three points today, and comes with our best performance of the season. After 120 minutes of football on Thursday, they look the fatigued team and it could of been more. Huge credit to every player today, and BR, who's turned it all around.

Holding my hands up, thought we'd lose after Thursday and even more so when I saw the line up with no strike but yet again Rodgers shows why he's the manager and not me.

We played brilliantly again and were pretty solid defensively apart from a couple of moments.

My only criticism was that as a team, we created some good chances but again couldn't take them and it was 2 Worldies that won us the game.

Great team performance today and two brilliant goals.

What a fantastic week I have had

    1. Became a Granddad for the first time on Monday
    2. Agreed new company car on Tuesday
    3. Mega salary bonus on Wednesday
    4. Bit of a blip with LFC playing rubbish on Thursday.
5 Saw my granddaughter for the first time on Saturday
    6. Beat City with a brilliant performance Sunday

Don't know why Friday was so uneventful, but there you go.

seeing that makes me realise how far behind Everton are and how unlikely it makes them to get a result against Arsenal though :(

A very good win. Liverpool had by far the better chances. I wonder what would have happened though at 1-1 if Aguero had gone over when skertl tapped his ankles. Guaranteed if that was a pool player they'd have dived and rolled around on the floor
