Evening all off to Newbury tomorrow would appreciate anyone's thoughts on the card thanks in advance and keep the cracking tips coming cheers all
Yeah I make the trip to Town Moor for the day so a few pointers would be wonderful. Davy "The Muscle" Russell coming over for one ride in the last has caught my eye so anything else would be a delight.
He's riding two for Longsdon unless the one earlier in the card has been withdrawn since i mentioned it this afty.
Ah no your right Bob somewhat dampens my enthusiasm a little, still worth a ew Barney Rubble to pay for the Dandelion and Burdocks.
I'd give both major chances pal. He's not over for a day out. Did well for Curtis recently on a similar jaunt.
Also noticed that Barry Geraghty goes to Newbury for just the 1 ride - Johnny Farrelly's Marvellous Monty in the mares bumper. Looks a strong heat though with Honeyball, King, Fry and even that old rogue Sir Mark Prescott having runners.
In the first at Doncaster tomorrow (14:10) like the look of Old Pride. Current 10/1 with Willie Hill seems a sporting bet. GL to all having a wager!
Half-brother to the yard's The Pirate's Queen (now rated 135 over hurdles after winning a listed novices hurdle at Haydock) by King's Theatre. A beautifully-bred individual who is sure to know his job. Nothing on Alan King's website about his chances yet though - might be something up tomorrow. 7/1 about her chances on Bet 365 tonight. Black Sam could go well - by Black Sam Bellamy out of an Alflora mare. Really is a wide open race though with some very nicely bred mares. That Prescott mare is by Sea The Stars
In the 4.40 Life Of A Luso is thrown in on his 2013 form - hasn't run since October, and the 20/1 on offer looks very generous.
I see Ryan Moore has 4 rides for 4 differrent trainers at Lingfield tomorrow - all with good chances - a small Lucky 15 should cover all angles I know mate, only a small break but his last run was in a Class 1 at Cheltenham won by Balthazar King - obviously had problems, and his last run on soft ground way back in April 13 saw him win a Class 1 beating Ballyoliver by 10l - a big gamble that he'll be fit but worth an e/w dabble!!
Oddy Katie Too and Awesome Rose (5.15) Katie Too is a sister to The Pirate's Queen. She probably isn't quite as forward as that mare was at her age but she's ready to start - I just hope the ground isn't too deep for her. Awesome Rosie is a halfsister to Awesome George and Awesome Freddie, who've both been multiple winners for me. From racingpost
Morning all!! Terrible bet really but gone for a fiver eway treble on these for a bit of entertainment... 2:00 New - SPACE WALKER 16/1 3:00 New - CRAFTY ROBERTO 7/2 5:05 Ling - BERTIE BLU BOY 8/1 Good luck all!!
