1. Dunno really, saint. I just never got into it. I did some basic programming as part of my uni course and I ****ing hated it.

I've worked in IT for almost 20 years but.. when I am at home, if technology acts up, I bang it with or on something <laugh>

No, all those companies that outsourced their support, like BT and for example, to Indian companies, now they definitely steal your personal info.
