Been officially announced that we have accepted a bid now. Hopefully Sir Chris can get in a decent replacement if he goes go. The rumours of Richardson returning would be nice if they came true but I very much doubt they are. After all the signings so far though I have good faith in CP's ability to bring in someone good.

Agreed... extremely excited about a brand new squad, and bit-part players who've had the odd good game like Youga, Solly, Francis, Anyinsah, Racon can frankly join the bit-part players who never had a good game like Doherty & McCormack out of the door. Wish them all best wishes in their careers, but I want my Charlton back with a new squad that we can follow for a few years. Don't see how Wiggins can be described as money-grabbing. At worst he can be described as disloyal to Bournemouth, but can anyone blame him for going to a club that's showing so much ambition this summer?

There's a lot of iffs buts and maybees in there Mart... Listen, I'd love nothing more than for him to come back after two years out injured and be the player he was prior to his layoff... but... we need to face facts... It aint going to happen in a million years.
