All their remaining games will be recorded as 3-0 losses.

Always struck me as a bit unfair as they'll have played some clubs twice and at least lost by less/more than 3-0 to some if not taken points off any of them, giving some clubs an unfair advantage. All of their games should be recorded as a 3-0 loss or just wiped off imo.

Goes to show how Italian football has fallen recently, whilst I know nothing of what's going on over there (enter our Italian football expert) I've read that most clubs have been hindered by financial problems. A top flight club going under is pretty bad.

Thankfully, for all its failings, at least we have a league that distributes its income fairly and evenly rather than helping the rich to get richer whilst the poorer feed on scraps. Probably the sole reason the premier league remains the best league in the world.

You've entered our Italian football expert Hattie?

Each to their own I guess.

For all the faults with the game in England, it's no where near as bad as it appears to be in Italy. What will happen with Parma now? Will they be back under another guise? Are they gone forever? What the hell will their fans do now? Sad times really.

Sad to see, only seen one of their games this season but they had hit rock bottom on the pitch as well as off. I'm not sure Italian football is in as bad as state as some make out though but the state of the Milan teams this season reflect how the league has declined in recent years.

Not so sure how you work that out. Surely the fact that 2 of the teams with the biggest budgets are doing really poorly suggests that the league is actually stronger now.

I don't follow Italian football at all,but why is the fact the Milan clubs are having a poor season,a reflection on the decline of Italian football ? I think most English fans would be more than happy if the more historically succsessful clubs had a bad time of it. I'd chuffed if Man utd were relegated for example.

But as i say, i don't follow Italian footy,so maybe i'm missing the point ?

It really does seem as if this is very premature and Talkshite have been, well talking ****e*. Parma havent done one at all - yet. The players are now talking about funding their own travel to their match at Genoa this weekend.

* I didnt hear what was said but the OP claims Talksport said they'd gone bust.
