He's got much more experience than Giggs and deserves to be Van Beavis's understudy because his old feller and the Dutchman are bezzie mates.<grr>

If i punched Fergie mk1 i would expect to be hit back (even now), if i punched mk11 i would expect him to cry and tell his dad. He looks way too soft for management <laugh>

His old feller was bang out of order bringing the 3 loanees back from PNE when they sacked the useless twat.<grr>

Ronald Koeman is not only a cheeky **** he's a hypocrite.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/31570966

He made his debut for the small dutch club Groningen at 17 and 3 years later when Ajax want him off he goes obviously for a better wage and still young enough to learn his trade better, but he's slagging the players we signed from Southampton as mere money grabbers.<laugh>

The three had CL football(short lived <grr>), playing for bigger wages, playing at a bigger club, and in Lambert's case coming "home", he's a local lad and LFC supporter and former p!ayer with us and has family here, Lallana made it plain to the saints that he wanted to ply his trade on a bigger stage and was slated by them for it and Loveren had to fight to get his move.
Of course money plays its part but for some its not the be all and end all.

Plus they're now thriving without the three we bought off them, so what's he bitching about.<laugh>

He's just having a [HASHTAG]#meltdown[/HASHTAG] because he knows he can't keep Southampton up much longer and definitely can't deliver top 4

I'm fairly confident not one of the southampton signings we use as reserves will start

Unlike others we don't need then it seems

It'll be fairly hard to boo them if all they do is sit there....

David Brent wants his head examined for buying a mad man, a geriatric and a hair cut

He's having a pop on the eve of your game, with the intimation being that if they moved for football reasons they were foolish because look at the table folks. In addition they're not playing every week, so maybe the motivation was money..........

He's playing to the crowd and popcorning you lot

Come on boys Saints in the top 5 @ the end of February.......that was un heard of and never expected,so a little credit must be due,yes we may not stay there, but a top 7 finish is more than possible,8th last season progression this season so it's looking good for Saints.....a win today? Possibly possibly not but if so that will take them into the top 3......when does it become apparent that they aren't going away without a battle.

Massive credit for Southampton. Some of there football this season has been brilliant. Unfortunately the goals have dried up now with Pelle just not being a consistent striker and the players around him not providing. I think you'll look for a draw but I hope for a good game.

The only person he mentions is Chambers which makes sense as he's the youngest and was no guarantee he'd play so much, but he has due to injuries.

Lallana and Lovren are in their prime and Lambert moving to the team he loves... Wouldn't say they are moving for the money.

All4 moved to CL teams as well. The only one you could say moved for money was shaw as he moved to a similar level tea m

Lately saints have been flagging a bit. They've been getting results but they do appear to be feeling the strain of injuries and suspensions and their squad as a whole is starting to be tested. We have similar squad issues though so today will be an interesting game.

One thing I will say is that Pelle has looked really tired lately and it's affected his form. The lack of a decent repalcement for him will in my opinion see them fall short
