Nice find Fran, Rickie is such a big man in stature and heart and I know it will hurt him to see Adam getting abused.
There are five players that deserve respect for what they achieved with the club since 2009 and they are SRL, SKD, Jose, Morgan and Adam in my opinion.
Love ya Rickie!

Love this statement.......

“I would have been devastated if I had lost the relationship I had with the Southampton fans. I think that was possibly the most special thing I’ve had in my career being honest.

Are you listening, someone else?

Excellent Rickie, you are a top, top bloke.

He says it is going to be emotional...you and me both Rickie. SRL is the closest to a true Saints hero since MLT. Sod it, he is a Saints hero.

What I would love is for him to be on the bench, warm up to a round of applause and then sit down.I don't want him on the pitch to ruin the memories by scoring :)

We must confuse him by singing 'Southampton's Goal Machine.' :)

That is still the only thing I can do to get my dog (the one to the right of my avatar) to come to me if she goes AWOL. I start singing la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la and then she comes running waging tail and all wherever she is. She was devastated when he left, and doesn't come to me with the Graziano song :)

As I've said before: Rickie Lambert, born in Liverpool, made in Southampton

I just typed in on Youtube "Rickie Lambert Southampton"

Great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great memories.

SRL, lose on Sunday, but thanks for everything. Top bloke.

Looking forward to the Rickie reception on Sunday, not often that a player is universally loved by the supporters of a former club but Rickie was a bit special and a very nice bloke.

I just YouTubed us for THAT promo season. WHAT a journey. What a season.

"Stand up if you're going up". 32,000 did

As much as I despise him now, Adam did well. BUT SRL take a bow. You really did take us to the Premier League.

Absolute legend. Truthfully, I hope he doesn't feature at all though. If he scores against us it will suck.

I'm not looking forward to the reception Lallana gets to be honest. It will be way over the top. I'm not saying he should be warmly received like Rickie will but not the boos and abuse he will undoubtedly get. :steam:

I'd boo Lallana when he comes on the pitch. After that we're even. See what he does after that. If he came over to acknowledge the fans afterward, I'd even applaud him.

Lovren I would boo on the bench, if he came on the pitch, anytime he gets a significant touch. And I'd do it next season too, if he's still around.
