At the start of the season the monk haters said we wont get many points.....Well that was way off the mark for a start as we sit pretty in the top half. Today we have a problem after losing bony and gomis not producing the goods and that is something monk has to sort out and he will. But some on here are going so far over the top i dont believe they are true fans at all because just look at our last 3 games where we won at Southampton, we drew at home against Sunderland and we lost away to WBA after having 65% of possession..All these 3 games and a few before we were without a striker on form...So it's not as bad as some of you are making out and it certainly no disaster. Teams like Leicester and QPR i would say have problems and not us who are steadily picking up points. Talk of making a mountain out of a mole hill is an understatement. Its a problem but not something that cant be fixed and as long as we do and still pick up points then we really dont have that much of a problem.....

If only it was that straight forward.
When you are 6 places and 11 points ahead of a team losing in the fashion we did is unacceptable.

Deserves a call up to the first steam squad. Maybe Dyer could have a run out with the kids. Might re discover his ability to run with the bloody ball.

I know he's slowed to a crawl with the ball but surely Dyer is just about quick enough still to run around then kids ;)

I bet Alex Ferguson used to dismiss all the points that Man U used to gain when they played poorly. In fact I'm sure I've seen him hand a few Premier League titles back........................................

Picking up points when playing poorly used to be a sign of a good team didn't it <whistle>

TBF that does sound better than
1 win from the last 8
    or
2 home wins from the last 6
    or
2 away wins from the last 11
    or
6 wins from the last 22

How about 9 wins and 7 draws from the last 25? How about 34 points from 25 games? How about 9th position in the Premier League? How about being in the top half of the Premier League ALL season?

Fair play it was a cracking goal, they looked very good going forward. Some sloppy defending tho.

Thats right <ok> Much better than what anyone was saying at the beginning of the season....That's pretty good for a rookie who is learning just as much if not more than his new players....Im well pleased on how things are going and our latest blip is another test for monk who i have all the faith in the world that he will sort out...
