One thing is certain, they will never replace the Scots feller and never enjoy the amount of success he brought to that club, its looking like Van Beavis is more of a Dave Sexton than an Alex Ferguson, he might one day be comparable to Ron(bojangles)Atkinson but highly unlikely.

Allardyce writes in the London Evening Standard:

"speaking from the experience of years of criticism that teams managed by me always play the long-ball game, I felt it was right after our match against Manchester United to make the comments I did... I believe I was also making a [HASHTAG]#factual[/HASHTAG] point. The fact was I saw United play, for a time against us last weekend, in a way I have never seen them before."

The media and ex-players have turned on Van Gaal, who is cracking under the pressure

And not forgetting the fans openly booing them at OT.

He's lucky to have so few games that the disappointments aren't coming as thick and fast as under Moyes

The fact he has so long to prepare for games makes the performances even less forgivable, but the Mancs don't seem to understand that

Most do, but UIR, matth and ChristianSmith are all to far up his arse to see the reality.

Its genuinely hilarious watching astro amd page desperate to discredit United while we site comfortably ahead of you.

Must be tough in Midtable

You are quick to accept the plaudits at united when the going's good but can't accept criticism when things aren't all rosey in the garden.

Should we praise united for being ****e or are we allowed to express our view on a thread on our board?

What plaudits? Weve been slammed every single week.

Its broken some United fans. Some players have shown why they shut up for their entire career but the reality is. We are still here, above all but two clubs.

The luck argument died sometime ago. Whatever we are doing and regardless of how poor our performances are, we are doing something right.

I was referring to the plaudits they received two and a half managers ago, the tabloids, the class of 92, the matchgoing fans, fergie's mate big Sam have all said in various ways that your manager and his tactics are ****e so why throw a hissy fit when we throw our views in the hat?

If lvg is ****e, what is everyone else bar Jose?

Because lvg has had more problems than any other side yet hes tge one getting his team tye points.

Regardless of whether we agree with his methods they are getting results right now.

Its a results business. Some managers get them anyway they can, others have no plan B and ultimately achieve nothing in their careers.

So people can complain as much as they like. While tge results keep coming, they look like idiots.

Fergies sides played football just as bad if not worse at times. He played players all over in various positions. Its nothing new at United. Think Blackburn at Old Trafford.
