That wouldn't necessaily be that bad, especially if he can get the players to perform like they did last night in every game. I'd rather Fernandes & Sir Les took their time and choose wisely.
There you go then, appointment as soon as he sorts out the legal business with Villa. (just normal termination of contract, nothing serious)
There might be nothing in this but, after turning down the chance to take over as Peru manager,Rafa Benitez is stalling over signing a new contract at Napoli. His current contract expires at the end of the season, and his agent has come out and said "He will be at a different club next season".A long shot maybe, but one to possibly keep an eye on!
Just said on SSN that QPR are to release a statement in the next couple of days, regarding the new manager!Buckle up.
Are we naming our new man maybe quicker than anticipated, because Tony's afraid Villa might try and pinch him?All very intriguing, couldn't possibly be Hoddle could it?Maybe he had to get out of his media obligations.Enough now,too much to contemplate at this time of night.
We don't need to spend big, we already have a stand-in manager who has gained instant results, instant player improvement, liked by all the club ......... knows the club well and has managed to correct a sinking ship. He gets my vote ................. let's give him the rest of the season and see how good a fit he is, and visa versa. Captain Chris Ramsey SS QPR Port of Loftus Road Fernandes Shipping Lines
I'm trying to figure out who the new man would be, and i keep on coming back to the same name 'Klinnsmann' as some on here suggested earlier. Think his contract expires with USA in the summer. He fits that 'Dream Manager' tag..doesn't he ??
I notice that all the names in the press (with the exception of the unattached Sherwood) were first mentioned on here or on other QPR message boards. They then appear in the betting along with all the usual out of work suspects. If somebody says "What about Arnar Grétarsson from Breiðablik in Iceland?" within a couple of days his name will appear in the Sun or the Star under the tag "Surprise candidate for QPR job" and a couple of days later he will be 18/1 in the betting. My money is on Jamie Redknapp.
Looks like he's taking over after Jurgen Klopp at Borussia Dortmund. 4 year deal worth 20 million Euro's apparantly. Guess he was just waiting for a big big club to knock. Don't think we ever had a realistic chance.
